Fast, and not a letter lost

Every letter lands, however fast you type. In Spotlight and the browser's address bar, autocomplete no longer gets in the way of the word.

Tones wherever you like

tiengse gives tiếng, nguoiwf gives người. Quick Telex too: cc for ch, tt for th.

English stays English

with, coffee, boss come out as you typed them, with no tone marks slipped in.

Go back and fix a word

Delete the space to add a tone to the word you just typed, or click right after any word and type the tone.

Shortcuts that follow your caps

vn becomes Việt Nam, VN becomes VIỆT NAM. Bring your list over from UniKey or EVKey.

Each app the way it needs

Remembers Vietnamese or English for each app, keeps some always in English, and types VNI or TCVN3 for old fonts in Photoshop and AutoCAD.

Log spending in a second.

Questions, answered.

Which Macs do the apps run on?

Shot: Macs with Apple silicon, macOS 14 or later. Peek: Apple silicon and Intel Macs, macOS 13 or later. Swoop: Apple silicon and Intel Macs, macOS 14 or later. HookType: Apple silicon and Intel Macs, macOS 13 or later.

Will they open without warnings?

Yes. Every app is signed and notarized by Apple, so it opens straight away, with no Gatekeeper steps.

Do I need an account?

No. Download, open and use it. Nothing to sign up for.

How do they update?

By themselves: each app looks for new versions and installs them when you say so.

What permissions do they ask for?

Only what each one needs. Shot, for one, needs Screen Recording to capture the screen, and HookType needs Accessibility to type. macOS asks the first time; you can change it later in System Settings › Privacy & Security.

How do I remove one?

Quit it and drag it from Applications to the Trash.
